Elements is a dynamic company within
adventure sports whose background comes from many years of assisting
top end corporate clients in unlocking and harnessing the potential
of their workforce.
The biggest
advantage
Elements
have over its competitors is that we are not site specific. This
allows
Elements
to offer not only a wide range of fun and structured challenges, but
also in a variety of locations,
(including the
workplace)
ensuring each
activity offers something different and allowing for a truly
memorable experience each time.
Increasingly over the years the outdoor environment has been
harnessed to deliver learning experiences that focus on developing
skills essential to organisational success.
The nature and direction of the activities offered can be split into
two categories:

Fun filled activities
outside of the work environment, whilst still performing as a
team.

Structured tasks
while being assessed for Communication, Decision making,
Leadership & Trust which is then taken back to the office or
classroom environment and discussed with a view of enhancing
performance within the workplace.
Whichever package
is selected
Elements staff will pro
actively encourage all participants to step out of their comfort
zone, in order to allow the challenges to leave a lasting and
beneficial impression.
It is whilst
performing such tasks that both each participant and the group can
learn new things both about themselves and about each other, which
is proven to enhance individual and collective productivity.
The most important
aspect is to ensure, whichever task is being performed, that it
is enjoyed by all participants, and that their goals and outcomes
either match or surpass their expectations.
